For information, dates or special requests, write to us: we reply quickly. Behind La Mansarda there's just us, Paolo & Stefano Compagnone, and we always answer personally, usually within a few hours. There's no call centre and no intermediary: you speak directly with the people who will welcome you into the home.

To help you faster, when you write it's useful to mention your arrival and departure dates, the number of guests (La Mansarda hosts up to 2 people) and any particular needs, such as your expected arrival time. We'll confirm availability right away and agree together on the most convenient way to pay — always directly and transparently, with no platform fees.

If you have any doubts about the property — its location in the historic centre, the stairs, parking, breakfast or the check-in and check-out times — just ask before booking: we'd rather you arrive knowing exactly what to expect. We're also happy to reply to anyone who is simply considering a stay in Nicosia and would like some tips about the area.

Languages

We reply in Italian and English, and we do our best in French, German and Spanish too: write to us in whichever language you feel most comfortable with.

Where we are

Via Costanza Bruno 1, 94014 Nicosia (EN), Sicily. La Mansarda is in the historic centre of Nicosia, a few steps from the alleys, churches and squares of the old town. There is free private parking on site, accessible by motorbike too; on arrival we explain in person how to reach it. Please remember that the flat is on the 4th floor with no lift.

Response times

We usually reply within a few hours. If you write in the evening, we might get back to you the next morning: in any case we always contact you ourselves, with no intermediaries. For urgent requests, WhatsApp is the fastest channel.
